Welcome to the website of Huyton Swimming Club, a voluntary organisation that has been running for 40 years teaching the children of Huyton and surrounding areas the art of swimming and lifesaving

Information for Huyton Swimming Club Members

All updates will be sent through the WhatsApp group. Please ensure that we have your mobile phone number and we can set you up on the WhatsApp Group. All information relating to swimming dates and times, when payments are due and other important updates for the Club will be sent in this way.

We have a new Bank Account, please make all payments online with the account number and sort code included in the WhatsApp group details.

The club currently has around 50 members ranging from beginners to confident swimmers.

The club is run on a purely voluntary basis with fully qualified coaches giving up their own time to pass on their skills to the members.

What We Do

News and Notices

Club news and updates will all be sent out via the WhatsApp Group. If you arent on that group please let us know.

Beginners

The beginners group has 2 sessions, 1 starting at 5pm, the second starting at 5:30. These groups will give your child the basic skills to start swimming

Swimmers

Once swimming confidently your child will move up to the big pool. These groups will concentrate on making your child a strong and confident swimmer.

Lifesaving

Huyton Swimming Club will also teach your child to learn the skills in water safety and gain qualifications in lifesaving.
